For many years up and keeping notes in a moleskin type notebook. So I have accumulated many book full of handwritten notes. Moving forward, do I want to maintain these written notes or would be better to find a way to use them on my iPad and in my computer?
Quite often after I have taken a photograph I want to edit it. Your iPhone, iPod touch, and your iPad come with an application called Photos. If you are on a Macintosh, you often have software called iPhoto.
When you take photos on your iPhone, iPad, or another device, you often want to connect these to your iPhoto software on your desktop machine. This is easy to do if you join your computer directly to your device using a USB cable.
I love using a stylus with my iPad, especially for drawing. The other day I found this stylus in a local shop made by WACOM, for the people that make the pressure sensitive input tablets. I have got one of those input devices for my computer and I like a lot.
My father hs just got his own iPad. He never really took to a computer. I'm not sure why, but he just never liked sitting down at the computer and using the mouse to control it.
He has really taken to the iPad. I think it might be the touch screen, the way the computer responds immediately to your touch. My mother has tried to get him to use the computer for years, now with the iPad he has learned to google the areas he is interested in, email, skype and much more. To watch him, you would think that he has been using computers for years.
This was the first session for the landmark special interest group. The users decided that they would like to learn more about worksheets, especially how to combine a worksheet that would count the planting, hardscape, and landscaped areas. If you do create this kind of worksheet it’s possible to save this in your library to make it available in every project.
I’m away on holiday at the moment for a well-deserved rest with my wife. I promised to leave my laptop at home. so I wanted to see how much I can still do without my laptop.
I’ve been asked by client if the movies on my website will play on their iPad. The answer is that I have tried to format all the movies so they can be viewed on your iPad, iPhone, or other smart phone/tablet device. This makes it very useful to play the movies while having Vectorworks going on your main computer.
In this movie I show you how you can access Vectorworks training through my website, http://archoncadcom.wpengine.com. I have created a mobile website that allows you to search through thousands of movies and posts. The movies are playable on most mobile devices, although in this movie I am using an iPhone 4S.
I have noticed that one of the first things users want to do is to use the iPad for e-mail. Before you can check your e-mail you have to set up your iPad for your e-mail address and server.
The home button on your iPad will always return you back to your home screen. This is the first button that you should learn about.
When I bought my iPad, I bought the version with the 3G connection. The idea was that I could then use my iPad on the road. As soon as I showed my new iPad to my friend Andrew, he showed me how to connect my iPad to my iPhone, and use the iPhone to go online.
