Contextual menus appear when you right-mouse click on an object, or when you right-mouse click on the drawing area away from the objects. If you are using a one-button Macintosh mouse, use Control+click. Edit the context menus the same as you would the other menus, but add stuff that you use a lot, it will make you faster at Vectorworks.
